Have you ever gotten to a point in your life that you are just overwhelmed or exhausted and you don't think that you can go on? I call these times my "defining moments"!
The hardest distance that we have to overcome in any challenge is the 6 to 8 inches between our ears. Yes, that is right, our head gets in the way sometimes. I can't tell you how many times, I have seen someone that has already admitted defeat even before they started. They find an excuse as to why they can't do something, how they are not important, and how someone else will take care of it so you don't have to.
I would like to take the liberty to burst your little pity bubble. You are important, you can DO! it and, if you don't do it, it will not get done.
Just like a chain is made up of several links, we are each a link to making positive move in the world. When you talk down to yourself or choose not to be a part of the solution, then you become the problem. You are weakest link and that makes the whole effort to fail!
I want you to sit back and think about this for a second...
Are you ready for it?
Take a deep breath..
What did you feel?
What did that breathe tell you?
How about...
YOU ARE ALIVE!
It may be slow, it may be fast, it may look weird, but if you are alive, you have enough energy to move forward. Dont take advantage of that. Use that energy to press on! You may be surprised what you learn about yourself by just taking that next step that will always inspire those around you.
